Been sick & got way behind on my reviews and buddy reads the last few weeks. 🤧 I read this Sweet Valley gem in honor of Valentine‘s Day & it was a riot! Rich Lila Fowler invents a fake perfect boyfriend from a different school after the guy she is crushing on invites someone else to the Valentine‘s Day dance. And everybody else‘s wires get crossed & Jess thinks Liz is trying to steal her boyfriend. So fun. 💕

To raise money, the Boosters are selling personalized cheers that couples can use to ask each other to the dance; meanwhile Liz gets too much into the spirit by writing overly romantic lovegrams to put in the Sixers. When Jake Hamilton embarrasses Lila by asking Brooke, she invents an 8th grade boyfriend from Lovett Academy! Will she get caught up in her many lies??
