Mehso-so

Loosely based on the real-life experiences of the comic artist David Mack, this tale of undercover espionage in the art world is very intriguing. It doesn‘t get a high endorsement from me mostly because the art (though gorgeous) doesn‘t quite match the story. Others may be able to overlook this and enjoy the book, however it was too distracting for me.

This was really interesting! A bit of a slow burn start - but once it got going, whoo boy! This had so many things I liked! Basic premise: A comic book artist gets pulled into the world of espionage. Of course there‘s more to and the fun of it is reading it fresh. Recommended.

Hell yes! A CIA operative recruits a comic book writer because they (the famous ones) are always globe trotting and meeting people. Great cover 😁
But I love this tirade the operative goes on about the dangers of an illiterate world.

Cover is a story about a comic book famous artist who gets recruited to become a spy. He can travel the globe going to comic conventions as his 'Cover' and maybe do a little bit of good for the world while he's at it too.

Its written by Brian Michael Bendis and drawn by David Mack. Both the story and the art (especially the art I'm a huge fan of David Mack) are phenomenal!

A definite reccomend! 👌

Cover - the artist, David Mack is 🔥.

Venom annual.

Justice League Dark (better than the normal Justice League IMO).

Astonishing X-Men - this latest story arc is AWESOME!
