I sure did not know that a few years ago. At 53 now and being perimenopausal I reckon I‘ve experienced a few of them that I previously had no awareness were linked to the dramatic fluctuations then drop of estrogen.

wanderinglynn And symptoms can start a lot earlier than most realize. What frustrates me the most is that when I go to the doctor, they just shrug & say, well you‘re at that age. 🤬 But if men had to go through this, there‘d be pills & treatments & all sorts of options. 6mo

Jeg My take on it is all in the looking back , I lived through some hard times while some around me just breezed through it all. Glad your generation maybe getting a handle on it all. 6mo
