Two snow days this week meant I had loads of time to read this fascinating book about an aging poet collaborating with AI to write a poem.

Now that I‘m back at it I‘ve been reading like crazy! And I‘ve liked all that I read with the tagged one probably being this week‘s favorite.
(Weird and sad to not tag Cindy🕊️)
A renowned poet is asked by a big tech firm to collaborate on a poem with Charlotte, an AI writing program, in exchange for a large chunk of cash.
She stays a week in a hotel in California, observing her surroundings, writing poems with Charlotte and thinking back to a life dedicated to poetry.
The book is not critical or judgmental about the possibility of AI infiltrating the arts but creates a tender portrait of a unique woman and her poetry.
