Another fantastic novel from Melanie Karsak! I didn't know what to expect from this, it's rare to find a Shakespeare retelling that works with the characters in the actual story and gives them new life, but Karsak really pulls it off. It's follows Lady Macbeth before that name is ever given to her. Instead we watch her grow and learn the ways of the old gods, and her place within their world. The audio is fantastic as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2
