pickMore meat on these bones, comparing to the previous volume. The MC accompanies his vampire prince to his castle of origin and meets the bloodsuckers-in-law. Family drama and court intrigues ensue.
There‘s also a lot of action & near-death experiences here, and smut, and—unfortunately—a mandatory torture scene 😩.
(Or was it in the previous volume? There's one in every book of this author, anyway.)
The best part was the vampire mama.
