Once Upon a Hallow's Eve
Once Upon a Hallow's Eve: A Haven Paranormal Romance | Danielle Garrett
4 posts | 3 read | 1 to read
When your father is a literal monster, the last place you want to go is home.Unfortunately, I wasn't given much of a choice. Following a five-year exile, I'm back in my childhood bedroom. Only, this time, there are silver bars on all the windows and vault locks on the doors.In lieu of a homecoming party, my father is hosting a barbaric tournament to determine who will win my hand in marriage.And really, who wouldn't want to spend the rest of their limitless days with a blood-thirsty vampire fresh from a cage match? This is what dreams are made of, ladies!Things go from bad to train wreck when my only ally gets herself kidnapped and I'm left with one of my would-be boyfriends after someone loses their head - I wish I was kidding - in my bedroom.I have to save my friend, watch my back, and keep my heart from chasing after my temporary partner in crime, all without landing in the crosshairs of whatever monster is terrorizing the Eastern Court.***Once Upon a Hallow's Eve is the first novel in Danielle Garrett's new series of paranormal romances. These novels are set in her haven world and feature some old characters as well as some new! Each novel can be read as a standalone or as companions to Danielle's other works.

Pickpick

I finished this book today and enjoyed it. I thought it was a series but the only book so far. I've been reading through Danielle Garrett's series. I love that they are all set in the same world and mentions characters from the others series.

I also finally finished painting this dog piece and sealed it.

The first day of the #20in4 readathon has been kinda a soft start to #scarathlon for me 😬 I am not good at waiting for things I‘m excited for! I finished the tagged book which was fun but a little unsubstantial, started Gideon the ninth which will likely be my first finished audiobook of October, done my grad school reading, listened to the Film Reroll series on the movie Clue, and burned an autumnal candle 🎃🎃🎃

@Andrew65 #skeletoncrew

kwmg40 I love the Locked Tomb series! I hope you enjoy Gideon as much as I did. 13mo

My first spooky book of the year (yes I‘m not capable of waiting to start #scarathlon so I jumped the gun). Can I honestly say this was high quality? Not super much. But there were hot vampires and lots of intrigue. Everyone‘s eyes were cold icy gemstones. The quips were fast, the gowns were couture, the world building was odd, and it was free on audible plus.

A free read for audible members that‘ll be great for word search words #skeletoncrew

julieclair Sounds like a perfect book for your #Scarathlon kickoff! 🎃 13mo
