When Miranda goes through, though, she lands in Georgian Englandand in the path of Nicolas Dupuis, a privateer accused of piracy. Miranda embraces Nicos cause, only to discover theres more to it than he realizes. Miranda has the second sight, and there are ghosts at play here. The recently deceased former lord is desperate to stop his son from destroying his beloved village. Then theres the ghost of Nicos cabin boy, who he thought safe in a neighboring city. Such a fun read!
The ghosts weren‘t scary. One‘s death was tragic, while the other was malicious, playing both seers against each other.
An arrrmazing pirate hero - a run away ship and a sword fight!

Highly recommended this series!!!

Can‘t wait for book club to see what the others thought!
