This is a fantastic collection of short stories told in a graphic novel like format. Written by various authors, each story is a reimagining of events and every day life in Canada over the previous 150 years. The stories are written to provide a window into how “Canadian history” was experienced from a First Nations, Inuit, or Métis perspective. It vividly demonstrates how much is missing from the official narrative.

ReadingRachael @Purpleness I thought it was excellent and very meaningful. It was recommended to me by someone who does the debriefing following taking the virtual tour of The Mohawk Institute Residential School. 10mo
Purpleness @ReadingRachael Thanks for sharing! I‘m looking forward to it 10mo
