I can‘t believe it‘s almost May! I‘ve been holding out on some of these books for too long - glad #roll100 and #booket could push me to re-prioritize them 🤩

I enjoyed reading this 1920s romp through Washington DC! Magic and spiritualism, along with some romance and adventure make this a fun one!

Oh gosh, I am super about books that get DC so well, so this 1920's set, gotta get a team together of folks together to stop a very bad mystical thing is so very much my thing, and adding in a memory stealer is just chef's kiss.

Loved this! I want to read this for the first time again.

Highly recommend reading the Author‘s Note at the end of the book.

Historical fantasy, 1920s, Washington D.C. I really liked the historical setting and the main character, Clara, who is inspired by a real person.

I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway. Comes out on 8/9.

IndoorDame Great cover! 3y
