This is the most read book in my house at the moment. For the second January we are starting the year with a 3 month sugar free reboot that keeps us eating pretty well until around November (and then it all goes to pot!) last year the weight fell off but this year I haven‘t really lost any which is infuriating as my husband is losing loads 😩 Still my main motivation is to be healthy in body and mind... I keep telling myself!
