This is not a traditional cookbook, rather it‘s more a guide to inspire and cook to your taste. I love the conversational style between Chang and Krishna. Krishna writes Chang‘s voice, but she tried all of his recipes and offers her own two cents on a number of them. Home cooking and restaurant cooking are two very different creatures and the former can be more a lot more creative and fun. Please yourself!
intothehallofbooks Okay yes I saw this one at the store when I was browsing and I considered it. I‘m really curious how you end up liking it! I‘m always on the hunt for new cookbooks with recipes that are accessible enough for food-loving non-chefs like myself. Thank you so much for sharing and I‘ll be on the lookout in case you post about it again. 😊 3y
Tamra @intothehallofbooks I will try to remember to tag you! Maybe check it out from the library first. I was lukewarm at first, but it‘s really packed with useful information. I might even try to use my microwave for more than just reheating leftovers. 😆 3y
intothehallofbooks @Tamra Thanks, great idea! I‘ll definitely try to find it at the library. 3y
