Book purchase today in Bath, England.

Bookwomble There are some lovely bookshops in Bath, and lots of lovely literary associations - I'm envious! Enjoy 😊 5mo

Pickpick

I bought this while visiting the Jane Austen museum in Bath. Jane Austen wrote it when she was 16 for her sister Cassandra. It made sense to give it a couple of minutes before starting Sense and Sensibility with #Pemberlittens. Jane Austen makes funny comments about the different kings and queens of England. Reading it makes you feel like being part of the family fun. It has a feeling of the plays Jo March wrote for her family in Little Women.

Palimpsest That‘s so cool! 5y

Jane Austen wrote this at 16. I always love the note, “There will be very few Dates in this History.” #royalty #riotgrams
