Hades and Persephone's love-struck misadventures. The classic tale of Greek mythology, but 100% more awkwardly relatable. Hades is the officious, antisocial ruler of the Underworld; Persephone, daughter of Demeter, is an earth goddess of growth and renewal - they've been crushing on each other for the past two centuries. I didn't know how much I needed a story like this until I read it. This was adorable. It was a lighter read than I was expecting. And I loved the artistry, it was so good.

The awkwardness that Linda Šejić created in her Hades character is just precious and I love him. I mean he's been in love with a girl for two centuries and has had made no moves or intentions towards said girl whereas said girl has been crushing on him back and has no idea of his name or who he is, much less that he's Hades so it's beautiful, and realistic, and they're just precious.

This is too cute! A Hades and Persephone retelling full of mishaps, misadventures, stunning art and a lot of awkwardness. I adored every minute spent reading this and can‘t wait for the next volume! Definitely a fluffy, feel good, read. Highly recommend.
