“ forty-two days ago, I was a regular Jack Sullivan yes, living in an uneventful life in the uninteresting town of Wakefield.”

This is a book that I would encourage for older reluctant readers to get them engaged in a book. However, it is not one that I would do a full classroom lesson on just because it is a graphic novel, which is hard to read and a classroom setting.

This wasn‘t my favorite book but the illustrations are done well. The creatures in this book I found to be weird but interesting, my favorite was the pink glob creature who‘s name was goblet and my least favorite was the giant rat creature that acted as villains in the book.
