1️⃣. The Bakeshop Mysteries series usually has pastries & desserts on the covers. The tagged book is set around a barista competition, so it has coffee on it too.☕️🥐

2️⃣ My favorite dessert is pie—preferably chocolate cream or chocolate haupia (coconut pudding). While it‘s not my all-time favorite beverage, coffee (black or a latte or cappuccino) goes well with pie!☕️🥧

23 #33 This little series has become my go-to cozy mystery for this year when I‘m in the mood.

Hi from the middle of the ocean, Litsy fam!! I‘m taking a needed vacation this week on the cruise that I bought my mom for Christmas. I hope you‘re all having a great start to your week!

We spent yesterday cleaning and cooking and having two of my husband's coworkers/friends and their families over for a Harvest dinner. It was so much fun but a lot of work too haha. So our family of introverts are settling in for a day of cozy before trick or treating tonight!!

Looking forward to catching up in this series. I got behind with the move. Happy Halloween 🎃

The camaraderie that has been built by the characters of the Bakeshop Mysteries is heartwarming. With the exception of one character who is such a sad sack, the people within these books really care about each other and that was clearly seen in this story.

This series is absolute perfection and just keeps getting better and better with each book!! It is going to be hard to wait until December for the next installment!

Great addition to the series! And honestly, this series just gets better & better. Great to see what‘s happening with all the characters and to see Andy being recognised as great at what ge loves to do. The mystery was a lot of fun and the murder was a surprise to me; lots of red herrings and clues floating around for me to try and guess, which I did incorrectly. And, I love all the food! They don‘t give recipes, but definitely gives great ideas.

Andy, Torte‘s expert barista, is competing in the West Coast Barista Cup, being held in Ashland for the first time. The head judge/contest founder is a nasty piece of work & ends up dead, shortly after drinking a latte Andy made so Jules & Lance are on the case. If you like coffee with your pastries, this is the cozy series for it. A good addition-the killer is easy to figure out but a fun journey to get there. This #arc publishes in July.☕️🧁

Thanks for all the 💜💜💜 & concern & kind messages for Mr. Max🐱He is doing much better today & is currently enjoying an evening nap with a little breeze on the lanai after his dinner. Thankfully, he decided to forgive me for hauling him to the vet last night. On the other hand, he‘s been lounging all day & I had to teach orientation & work all day so I feel like I‘m the one who deserves the nap! 😹🤣 #catsoflitsy 😽❤️

It‘s 11 PM Sunday night & I‘m in the parking lot of the 24-hour vet waiting for them to “unclog” 💩my Max🐱who is, as you can imagine not a very happy camper. He let me know it all the way down here too. My poor baby. I am going to be so happy when we can go back into veterinary offices again.😔On the plus side, I‘m the only car in the lot right now so hopefully this won‘t take all night & I have my Kindle & a new cozy #ARC to keep me company.
