Yes there was a murder at a Hotel, more than one actually but being a fan of detective novels this was mainly a trek through the life of one character. Her problems, family, feelings, wishes and thoughts were given in such detail there was no meaningful story. Thoroughly disappointing from the begining and throughout there wasn't one thing I liked about this book. What a relief it was to reach the last page.

Pickpick

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The conclusion is a bit of a surprise but it fits the situations. Ivy is an interesting character who always tries to do her best. With her problems (not drugs or alcohol), Ivy could be the new sleuth of our time.
I received an advance copy of this book from NetGalley. #NetGalley #MurderatHotel1911
