Lately, I‘ve been reading more body positive/fat acceptance and health at every size books (see below), so I was glad to read Meg Boggs‘ fitness book. If you‘re plus size and looking to start exercising and weight training, check out this book! While disability prevents me from power lifting and some of the upper body exercises, I was glad to get warm up/cool down tips as well as her leg day exercises to add to do on days I‘m not walking. 👍🏻⬇️
