I remember Laurieann Gibson from Diddy‘s MTV reality show 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘢𝘯𝘥. This was the show that created the chart topping groups Danity Kane and Day26. I became a Laurieann supporter after watching her on this show. And after reading this book, I‘m pleased to say I like Laurieann even more than before. (Continued in Comments)

BookReviewsbyTara Dance Your Dance is a very easy, quick read packed with many gems💎!
Here are a few of my favorites⬇️

💎Develop a resistance to giving-up! No matter what! When times get tough, don‘t stop. Keep going.

BookReviewsbyTara 💎There‘s as much power in talking to ourselves as in talking to God. Really talking to ourselves is talking to God, because he is one with us.

💎 Success is fulfilling and accomplishing the dreams that God placed in your spirit. Not what is measured by man‘s limited perception of value such as titles, income and prestige.

BookReviewsbyTara 💎Never feel less than because your journey looks different than someone else‘s.

💎 Make gratitude a way of life.

💎 A “dream-based life” is an option. Success is not unique to selected individuals. It can be achieved by anyone as long as you stand in your truth, and you‘re willing to evolve.

I enjoyed first half of the book the most. It is here I learned how much she loved dancing as a child. The story of how she followed her passion for dancing is so inspiring. Her drive and motivation at such a young age was amazing.

Overall I really like Laurieann‘s message! I agree with her belief that no position in life is too small. We all have a part to play and every person should be valued & appreciated for what they do. Praise s͟h͟o͟u͟l͟d͟ ͟n͟o͟t be reserved for the most recognized, those in high positions, or individuals in front of the camera.
