William Shakespeare Tragedies
William Shakespeare Tragedies | William Shakespeare
1 post
Twelve of Shakespeare’s most profound and moving dramas in one elegant volume. William Shakespeare’s tragedies introduced the world to some of the most well-known characters in literature, including Romeo, Juliet, Macbeth, Hamlet, King Lear, and Othello. This handsome Word Cloud volume includes all twelve works from the First Folio that are commonly classified as tragedies—but the feelings that Shakespeare’s words can evoke range across the spectrum of human emotion.

I am SO VERY EXCITED to have these. I‘m about 4 plays from having the RSC ebook of every Shakespeare play, plus the sonnets and narrative poems, but these will be lovey to read, without all the academic stuff, to get me off the screens and let me just enjoy the plays.

TheBookHippie These are on my list !!! 4y
GingerAntics @TheBookHippie I was so afraid the pages were going to be kind of thin, but these are nice thick pages. They‘re probably thicker than the paperbacks I used to have. Now I really can‘t wait for the sister edition of the Sonnets and Narrative Poems. 4y
TheBookHippie @GingerAntics I got my daughter the Austen ones they are very well made. 4y

Branwen OMG! Are these part of the Word Cloud Collection?! 😲 They're absolutely gorgeous! I collect these editions and I've never seen these! 4y
GingerAntics @Branwen yes!!! They are GORGEOUS!!! I found them on the dreaded Amazon. 4y
GingerAntics @TheBookHippie they really are. For the price I was really worried they weren‘t going to be that great, but I will definitely collect these editions after seeing the three I got today. 4y
TheBookHippie @GingerAntics I want the Foundations of Freedom Word Cloud Boxed Set (Word Cloud Classics) and the HUGO books too... it‘s a problem 🤣🤣 4y
GingerAntics @TheBookHippie I‘ve got Call of the Wild (and other stories), Shakespeare‘s Sonnets and other poems, and Sherlock Holmes on the way yet. I‘ve got a bunch, including the Friendship boxed set (Little Women, Alice‘s Adventures in Wonderland, The Secret Garden, and Anne of Green Gables) on my wish list. I think I have the same problem, actually. They are just so nice to look at, they feel great in your hands even when they‘re chunky books.🥰🥰🥰 4y
batsy Those are lovely! 4y
GingerAntics @batsy they are even better than the pictures of them when I ordered them. I definitely recommend these. 4y
