This true crime read focuses on what is rather darkly deemed “The Golden Age of Serial Killers” from 1950-2000. Vronsky provides the numbers of killers in decade increments & then goes into the specific details of some of the cases. While some killers/victims will be more familiar than others, many were completely unheard of to me. It‘s a chilling read that takes larger societal issues & ties them to the creation of these real-life monsters.
