So today, while I was finishing this cute book, I made cream puffs and eclairs from scratch. Now I feel sad because the book ended way too fast and I stuffed myself with too many of these bad boys. I think I have book hangover

I had other plans for today, the house needs to be cleaned, I wanted to go work out, but I took my dog out cause he was whining and I thought he needed to relieve himself and then he proceeded to lay down in the grass and sunbathe. I decided to grab a blanket and a book, and join him. the day is long, let‘s enjoy it.

Wow! This one got me right in the feels. A pet bereavement counselor who recently lost her dog cannot leave her house - for 100 days. Until a patient needs her help, and dogs help her. And she finds love and a lot of dogs. I could relate to this in deeply personal ways - I wish I had read it two years ago when I was suffering greatly from the loss of my best dog friend. It‘s a tear jerker but so important and wonderful. #readwomen #romantsy
