A little me time... finally finished a book! And it was, of course, another great addition to the Kim Stone series! I loved it. This one showed more depth in each character. So good! 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Sunday ritual= a nice bath and some reading time. Working on a Kim Stone book which is perfect!😀
Another engrossing tale in this series- good twist and the team dynamics were great. Up to date in the series until the new one comes out.

I felt myself on the brink of falling into a reading slump so I decided to go to my ‘slump saver‘ Kim Stone... little did I actually think about it and I went from book 11 to book 13, skipping book 12. 🤦♀️ I even managed over 20 pages in before I went to goodreads to mark it as currently reading and saw my error. Unfortunately, I spoiled a couple of small things... ugh lack of sleep is killing my reading life!
Angela Marsons basically saved my sanity this year. I have so loved getting to know Kim Stone and her team and will eagerly await subsequent installments. Now to start a new series. 🤔
Another great read in this series. I read it this afternoon in just a couple of hours.
I love how all of the characters grow and change throughout the books so that it‘s not just another crime series and it‘s not only focusing on the main detective character, although she is amazing.
The author is adept at introducing new characters who we come to know and love, interested to see how Lynne develops going forward.
5 stars, as ever!
One more time, ladies and gentlemen, I present you Angela Marsons. She‘s just the best! https://tovereads.wordpress.com/2020/11/13/deadly-cry/ ❤️❤️❤️
Yes, it‘s me again 😂😂😂😂 Love it when Bookouture quotes me, especially since it‘s so intelligently written 🤣🤣🤣 Book 13 out today!
