When Alexei-Aub Kehoe Salvia Sun-Moon-Lake Stewart, San. D., went out for lunch, he found half a dozen men with jackhammers tearing up the street in front of the building, the chisel blades of their drills cutting the slowly bubbling asphalt into sagging rectangular chunks. The din was fearsome, and a sizeable necklace of teenagers was dancing to it, protected by the police barricades across both ends of the block.
