#bookhaul 😍 did not expect to find someone selling their artwork AND their graphic novel at the local Etsy fair today!!! I bought it with not even a glance inside-the artwork alone was worth it but the blurb interested me (hello gothic mystery for my #autumnreads ).
pickThis gorgeous book won the Prix Aurora Award for Best English Graphic Novel this past weekend - and it deserves to win. Though it is more like a picture book for adults, the art is exquisite and the story will give you ALL the feels! I highly recommend giving this one a look.
pickBought from Chizine booth at Readercon. Signed with small original sketch inside. Came for the signage, stayed because of amazingly lush, dark art. The story is excellent, but the art truly makes this book.
