Finnish fantasy where 16-yo narrator suddenly meets a group of people who live in an abandoded yard near her home. They have paranormal abilities like Kiuru herself has.

They soon started to wonder how they have got their abilities and why. They found out about society who was trying to find them and they have to escape for their lives.

This book had an interesting premise and the only reason I kept listening to it until the end was to find out more about the world. Otherwise it just wasn‘t for me. I appreciate the diversity of the characters (canon aromantic character? hell yeah) but it just wasn‘t quite enough.
