Cute, quick, enemies-to-lovers story. Very Hallmark-y
So this is my first book by the author. It was alright. I wanted a nice easy read and that‘s what I got. I didn‘t expect the creativity of the warring neighbors though that was a nice bonus.

This was so cute. Check out Bree and Chip who end up at odds right from the start.

Enemies to lovers trope that takes 95% of the book to feel the turn. I'll give mad props to the creativity of the ideas/ways they rage war on one another. If you read Melissa Ferguson's previous book, The Dating Charade, you'll get an update on the two main characters from that storyline as they girls are best friends but they are not in any way contingent on each other. Both are just clean, non-preachy Christian romances.
The Cul-de-sac War by Melissa Ferguson is a superb #ContemporaryRomance novel that I HIGHLY recommend. This book is SO good!!! Check out my thoughts, then purchase your copy of this wonderful book today! @ThomasNelson #MustRead #ILoveThisBook #NetGalley

I enjoyed the book, but I do think that the name & the description were a bit misleading. It took forever until her parents gave her the “ultimatum” & this was barely war. They didn‘t even acknowledge as war for a while & it was mostly just her. That said, the book was fun & I definitely enjoyed it. Also. this would make a great Hallmark movie! I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
