⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Gin gives all of the information necessary information as to why IF is the way to go. She also gives the why behind the do‘s and dont‘s. I listened to the audiobook but have ordered the physical book because there is so much information I to highlight and refer back to.
This is about intermittent fasting. It is super interesting. If you're trying to make life changes and live a healthier lifestyle, I definitely recommend trying this. It's not a diet.
