I so wish this book had been around 30 years ago. It took me a LONG time to realize that I CAN have different beliefs than my parents and *gasp* parents can even be wrong! This book does an amazing job of telling the story of a daughter standing up to her presidential candidate father, as hard as it may have been. Recommending this to my students tomorrow!
Also- early voting begins in MD tomorrow!! Go vote!
