I began reading this book when I discovered Carrie‘s Fit52 app. I love how her workout rotation is based on a deck of playing cards. It‘s a lot of fun and definitely doable. I also love how she describes fitness as a journey and not an end destination.

I was so hoping to love this book as I admire Carrie Underwood as a person and a celebrity but I felt that it overemphasized fitness and healthy eating too much. I think it‘s great that her workout routine is included as well as healthy recipes. I wish she would‘ve included more insight on her biography and struggles she‘s overcame in her life.
