Oh, I am in love with this book 🥰 There is so much good detail, like the colored edges that match the cover. There is a section on each country about what flavors and foods are important to that area, or come from it Along with pictures of what a family dinner looks like from there. Not all the recipes have an image, but I'd say about half or so do.
If you dig Mediterranean food, splurge on this book!
