This is not for me. It‘s a sort of fable or fairytale as a commentary on modern times. It made me think of The Alchemist, so if you enjoyed that book you may like this one more than I did. Read by the author and that‘s a positive in this case since he has a lovely voice. #hoopla

I'm hoping to read, or at least start, these this week.
I am reading the tagged book, an ARC, and I am enjoying this brilliant authors look at how society is slowly losing its ability to be free....powerful and thought provoking.

Thanks to Akashic books and Library Thing for sending this ARC. Ben Okri is a social visionary and I cant wait to read this.
