Kids Like Us by Carole Scaefer, 2008. Picture book. This book was really good! The message behind the book is something I think is very important for kids especially at a young age, they can do/be anything they want to be. It does not matter their race or if they are a boy or girl. I also liked when the book mentioned a color the word was in that color. The illustrations were also interesting to look at.
This was a super good book! I would love to have it in my classroom because I think the children could easily relate to it as well as enjoy it.

This book would be great for early readers. It would be great for any new child in the classroom.
This book was another fast and easy read. It shows the imagination of every child. They take simple everyday objects and do anything with them. The illustrations show what they are imagining and detailed too.
I like all the pages where the names of colors are their color but i liked the rainbow one especially
This would be helpful for kids learning their colors since the colors in the text are different than the normal wordsp
