I would use this in my classroom because the children would find humor in this book.

I thought this book was okay, but I think the students would still find it engaging. The concept and illustrations of the fish being in the air are comedic. The language and illustration is detailed and shows a clear path throughout the book.

I would use this book in a future classroom because it would provide a story of a culture that is different from their own, and the imagery would keep the students engaged.

This book was a fun book about a boy and his fish kite. It would fall under traditional literature because the language is lively, engaging, and keeping with oral tradition. Also, the illustrations add to and extend the story because of the whimsical designs and attention to detail.

This picture made me laugh because both Big Fish and Little Fish are flying in the air.

I thought the ending of this book was very cute because after all Little Fish went through he decided that a little kite would be just as good as the biggest kite.

“Honorable fish, I want you to buy me the smallest fish kite there is” I think it has a good message of just because something is bigger or grander doesn‘t mean it‘s better

I thought this moment was comical because little fish was always wanting to get bigger and bigger fish items than actually became a fish!

I found this book to be funny and I think children would love it! It was very imaginative and the story line of where he went and the things he encountered while flying were funny!
