Pickpick

Although slow to get started, I truly loved the action and adventure of this one. I also love the idea of the princes surviving Maxwell presents. I would definitely recommend for Plantagenet and Tudor fans who are looking for good, quality entertainment and a break from more formal history books.

I find this theory very interesting. I‘ve always been one to believe that the princes were murdered, but even then, one does have to wonder. I enjoyed the book‘s take on this idea, and I do think the trauma to two pre-teen boys would cause them both to go mad if they survived. I feel as if the boys would have been raised outside of court or by Margaret of Burgundy because there is no way they could ever live in royal society again.

Top quote: Richard III. Bottom quote: Elizabeth of York
It would‘ve been interesting had Elizabeth gone to the tower with her brothers. It would‘ve definitely changed history if she died along with them. She never would‘ve become the matriarch of the Tudor dynasty and Henry VIII might never have been born.
