Florida wrote the highly-acclaimed & prescient "Rise of the Creative Class", which correctly predicted a societal trend to return to cities. This book's a bit of a sequel, discussing: gentrification, unaffordability, segregation, a disappearing middle-class, etc. #blameLitsy #blameMrBook ?
