The Amazing Mackerel Pudding Plan: Classic Diet Recipe Cards from the 1970s | 
panThis book was a gift in a swap group this summer. From what I understand it is supposed to be funny but I have a fairly non-existent sense of humor. Is this funny? As described; a bunch of Weight Watcher's recipe cards from the 70s with the authors commentary. No recipes of course. I do rather want the lime sherbert recipe... it sounds good but is blue? Anyway most have the most stereotypical bad 70s color scheme which is odd for food.
