Day 20 - #EpicEpiphany #JazzyJune
Happiness is the underlying foundation that influences the quality of life. Have you ever seen someone who lives in a small house and has an older car? They may not be rich in terms of material things, but they are beyond rich in their happiness. We all go through things in life that we wish we didn't have to. This can change how we feel and our outlook. You are in control and you have a choice to be happy or not
Eggs Excellent choice-after the age of 60 and especially after retirement, my life has been epiphany-eggstrordinaire 6y

Gina I agree but I have always felt ro achieve contentment is where the true path lies. Much like any exrtemeish emotion happiness is hard to maintain consistently unlike contentment which is a more stable emotion 6y
EadieB @Gina I would think that you would have to have contentment in your life in order to be truly happy. I would say that they go hand and hand. 6y
