Tasia Malakasis runs Belle Chevre, an artisanal goat cheese fromagerie very near my hometown in Alabama where we're visiting now. Though most recipes in this cookbook could work with any goat cheese (including homemade), I'm keen to try some of their specific blends mentioned here.
