I‘m not generally one for self help books, but when Dame Kelly Holmes gives advice, I‘m prepared to take notice. Many people find running a great way to control their mental health, and running has certainly helped my physical health. It could be just the thing to help #FixYou.

5. I can‘t choose a favourite workout! I go to a body pump class and a spin class, both with excellent instructors, and they are what make the classes so enjoyable
