NYC has always been a favorite setting for me to read. It‘s been a place I traveled to and it‘s been my home. Perhaps it goes back to my love of Judy Blume as many of her books were set there. Naturally, this is from my tbr pile.

Having trouble getting through this one... Finding the characters annoying. But I very, very rarely don't finish a book and will stick with it in hopes it gets better. Probably will end up skimming through the last 150 pages.

Charming! Refreshingly optimistic and old-fashioned.
