I loved how her attitudes and priorities shifted through this series as she slowly embraced her unexpected inheritance. I still live on hope of a second season one day…

Rereading Born to the Blade as my next audiobook - don't dare start anything else new until l catch up on some reviews! Floating islands, airbender swashbuckling, gender no object, fight the empire, industrial consequences, drink good tea, political swordplay... this is such a fun fantasy, I wish it had got enough traction to score a second season ⚔️
