I was really excited for the final battle but honestly, it wasn't as epic as previous ones. This was really good because I love the slayer magic so much and it's so interesting to see all the different ways it functions; especially in this different world. The issues with Erza and Erza were pretty great! Her heart and willingness to do anything for her friends/family is the best thing about her.
