Sugar Maple Inn is in Wagtail, West Virginia and Molly's grandma, Oma, is an a two week cruise leaving her in charge. It's January and the town has decided to do a murder mystery weekend. Sugar Maple Inn is were the guest will be staying. After the opening, Molly's dogs find a body on a park bench frozen in place. ⬇️
This is the third book in the Paws & Claws mystery series featuring the Sugar Maple Inn in the pet-friendly town of Wagtail, Virginia. The town is holding a murder mystery weekend that goes sideways when an actual murder is committed! The Inn is charming as well as the staff and various pets. The cat, Leo, was so much fun! The mystery kept me turning the pages. This is one of my favorite series. On to the next!

pickI thought the third good in the paws and claws series was a decent read. Would have liked more in the way of Holly moving towards resolving her feelings with her bestie Holmes but maybe next time. I will definitely be reading the next book in the series soon.

I love reading this series. It always makes me laugh and I enjoy trying to figure the culprits of the crime. If you enjoy cozies, you need to give these a try. The books can be read as stand alones.
