While I didn‘t like this quite as much as the first, it was still a great read.

Lots of twists again, and I really do like the way the author has built up the world. With secret societies, blood bonds, dhampyrs, and lots of betrayal!

Now that I have caught up with the Hall of Blood and Mercy trilogy (Magic Forged/Redeemed/Unleashed) which I started thanks to #ParanormalLoveCrew I am now going to finish this duology (first book was another #PLC pick Nightshade).
