so-soI enjoyed this. Simple as that. I admit it took me a while to get into it and there is a fair amount of “fluff” - as anticipated in a crime novel. I would have liked a bit more from the two main characters in terms of their relationship but the general plot played out well. If you own it, read it. If you don‘t, I am sure there are better reads out there, but do not be deterred as it is a good read.
