So I see that some authors are apparently trying to cash in on the obnoxious trend that was started by Mark Manson's "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck" by basically trading in depth for a lot of needless cursing.

Pretty sure this is my new favorite (ONLY favorite??) self-help book. I hate most of the advice I receive, related to finding a new job or “just being happy” as it so often negates how I am actually feeling and makes it seem like I‘m losing at life for not being positive all the time. I‘ve already recommended this to a friend who feels similarly, and I think I might keep recommending it to the people in my life doling out more unsolicited advice.
