The Tale of the Castle Mice | 
pickWritten by the author of Paddington Bear, this is a sweet story about a family of mice living in a doll's house & how things go wrong when the baby mice help with the cleaning up. There is some really sharp humour that goes over my 4 year old's head but that I really like.
But the illustrations lift this into a different league. Soft, detailed, charming & full of character, Emily Sutton's art brings the story to life with verve & joy.
