The Winter War | 
pickI was so excited to see Priscilla Shirer add a fourth book to her juvenile spiritual war trilogy! As with the first three, Winter War is amazing! And is an awesome tool to help middle graders understand spiritual battles.
I'm using this as my "reminds me of my happy place" prompt for #BOOKED2019.

Savedbygrace I have been interested in getting my brother this series. He is 13 and it is difficult to get him into reading and find books he likes; would you recommend these? 6y
CindyRene @Savedbygrace Yes I would definitely recommend this series. My 13 year old loves them. We have read them together as a family. There is also an associated web site that reveals hidden secrets related to spiritual armor and spiritual warfare for each chapter. Some discussion may be needed to bring attention to all the symbolism as it relates back to the Bible. 6y
