Pickpick

"Every sin is the result of a collaboration." I love this a lot. Goes against the prevailing norms of valorising individuality to the point of negating how social, economic, & political contexts shape people. But it's not a political story. I'm not sure how to describe this: a short story about toxic masculinity? Stark, cold, brutal, & ugly. I'm not sure how or why this works, but it does. It gets under your skin & stays there. #serialreader
